EXPERIENCE
Having over 10 years of working in private practices and working for the NHS for over 20 years in various settings, I have had the privilege of listening to many clients struggle with various issues and have offered my skills in understanding mental health-related issues and helped clients to cope and manage them by empowering clients to make changes and be aware of social surroundings to form a better relationship with others and themselves.
WHAT I OFFER
Offering a safe therapeutic environment created by a non-judgmental, empathic, supportive approach allows clients to explore emotions, feelings, behaviours, and thoughts and discuss distressful matters.
WHY COUNSELLING!
People come to counselling for various reasons, some may want to have a better social awareness or to better their communication in sustaining a relationship, even parental struggles with a child or children-related issues that seem too difficult to manage by the parental figure, even these struggling with internal battles such as anger related issues and anxiety being a concern in life goal progression.
MY APPROACH
Using an integrative approach to a variety of counselling approaches, I specialised in cognitive behaviour therapy, anger and aggression management, minimising stress, and couples and family therapies.
We are offering low-cost counselling based in London, England or UK-wide.
Qualified and approved member of the ACCPH and insured.

The face-to-face session requires a minimum of 3 days or more notice period to ensure room availability.
